TIMIFY schedules 5.5 million bookings a month for organisations in 30+ countries — built by a team of about sixty people in Munich and Plovdiv. Small enough that your work matters. Around long enough that it lasts.
Scheduling for a 725-store network is a genuinely hard product problem — demand, resources, governance. This product changes how organisations run their day, and the world keeps needing it.

Proof: the customer stories
Everyone here brings ideas for change and improvement. You're no small gear in a big machine: your effort lands in the product and gets noticed.

No funding-round roulette, no pivot whiplash. The founders still run product and technology.
Proof: track record since 2012
Munich and Plovdiv are equal homes — product, engineering, design and support live in both. Neither is a satellite.

…AND THE FIVE WORDS WE WORK BY
What you ship is yours — from the first idea to production and beyond.
We move things forward without waiting to be asked.
Help first, credit later — one team across Munich and Plovdiv.
Hard problems deserve elegant solutions, not complicated ones.
The energy that ties it together — care for the product, the customers and each other.
Short list, real things — written by people who hate benefits fluff.
Benchmarked against the market and reviewed every year — not only when you ask.
Enough days to properly switch off — and taking them is expected, not negotiated.
Clear office days per team, no guessing games — you'll know exactly before you sign.
Time and budget for the courses, books and conferences that move you forward.
A monthly top-up for your health — gym, therapy, glasses. Your call.
The machine and peripherals you do your best work on, ready on day one.
Benefit details can vary between TIMIFY locations — the honest fine print, kept honest.
Pick a position — and see its real(ish) week, rendered in the same TIMIFY calendar our clients use. This week’s actual dates, of course.
Every seat runs on our own platform — and there’s room for yoursSee open positions
Take on a fresh idea, and make it work! From the first day I took on responsibilities and worked as part of a team with a passion to drive change — the perfect environment to push my personal and professional development.
